At Evolve Skateboards, we want you to be completely stoked with your ride. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused board or gear within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure the skateboard and all accessories are in their original, unused condition and packed securely in the original Evolve factory packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the board for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
